Modern technology has changed the traditional education system as we know it. This been especially evident during pandemic, when, an emergency response to COVID-19 lockdown, wave of intense digitalization and teaching methods spread around world. However, e-learning tools have developing intensively ever since 1990s many teachers used them before, continued use after lockdown. paper tests whether educators’ motivational factors are in any way related new digital classrooms. Empirical research was conducted among 140 elementary school Croatia.
